A La Carte Services
The success of our office depends on the success of our individual REALTORS®. As a new REALTOR®, you may be looking for start-up support. Or, if you already have plenty of experience, you may wish to just be left alone to do your own thing! Either way, we've worked hard to create an environment in which YOU can be successful.​​​​​​ Aside from the many resources that Equity already provides it's agents, here are some items and programs we offer for a small cost.
Mentorship
Are you a brand new or inexperienced REALTOR®? Mentoring means success. We will pair you with a seasoned REALTOR® in our office to go through your first few transactions with you. For a small investment in your real estate career, we will put you on the path to success and be along your side the entire way.
Buffini Training
We offer a number of courses developed by industry legend Brian Buffini, including Peak Producers, The Pathway to Mastery Series and 100 Days to Greatness. If you choose to take any of these courses in our brokerage-wide workshop format, you'll follow an 8-12 week course outline at your convenience, with 1 weekly group session for accountability and help from your facilitator. Buffini programs are also available to individual REALTORS® at any time if they choose to take the On Demand version.
Transaction Coordination
We have a licensed Transaction Coordinator working exclusively for our REALTORS® at Equity Northwest Real Estate. Kerry is meticulous and will ensure perfect paperwork, allowing you to focus on working with your clientele, at a competitive cost. Kerry has been awarded the Team Player award for 2021, for always going above and beyond to help our brokerage as a whole.
Graphic Design
Whitney is a talented graphic designer with a Bachelors degree from Boise State University. She handles all of our in-house marketing and design, and she offers a la carte design services to our REALTORS®. Whether you are simply needing some business cards or you need an entire branding package, she would love to discuss your needs and make your vision come to life.

This listing package includes photography, listing input & maintenance, virtual tour, social media graphics, sign post install/removal, high quality color flyers, and more.
